My second visit to see Mr O'Riordan. On both occasions he has been very polite and extremely helpful. Although unable to fix my particular problem he has explained the reasons why in easy to understand terms, but was able to suggest and prescribe an alternative medication to try.

my contact and meetings with Mr O,Riordan have been brief and I found him to be friendly and very informative, he explains the problem and the possible solutions in a pleasant manner without being overbearing.

Mr O'Riordan puts his patients at ease and is a pleasure to meet.
I was disappointed not to be introduced to the student doctor present; it would have made the consultation easier for us both.
Mr O'Riordan made no mention of anasthesia nor if the surgery would be carried out by day surgery, but I understand from the leaflet given to me that this will be made clear at a later date,

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I do always try to remember to introduce the student doctors who are in the clinic so I am sorry if I didn't do this when I saw you. I will take on board your comments about making it clearer about the type of anaesthetic and whether the surgery will be done as a daycase. Thank you also for your kind comments.

Saw Dr O'Riordan re Hernia repair. He had read my notes, was clearly familiar with my condition and the repair work necessary. Explained the options available, answered all my questions, did the paperwork and completed the consultation quickly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for anyone better.
